Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience. Founder of Juan C Zuniga Ingeniero Civil in Colombia in 1989, and later of Projectz Inc in the USA in 1999, which eventually evolved into Business & Bankers and today operates as SionCorp International, LLC, where he currently serves as President.

This holding company has given rise to several businesses dedicated to construction, maintenance, investment portfolios, consulting, equipment rental, real estate, and education. He has worked in various countries and cities across the USA, overseeing projects in different industries. Since 2018, he has focused exclusively on the state of Florida, specializing in residential and commercial remodeling projects, alongside his wife Laura and their children Julian and Maria Isabel.
